Complete all 5 steps by April 14th in order to participate in tryouts. All participants must bring the required forms to the first day of tryouts.

1. Complete the Athlete Info Form online 
2. Read and sign the 2025-2026 Participation Waiver & Expectations Contract
3. Obtain a current sports physical and bring a copy to tryouts
4. Provide a printout of your current grades (PowerSchool printout)
