Complete all 5 steps by April 14th in order to participate in tryouts. All participants must bring the required forms to the first day of tryouts.

1. Complete the Athlete Info Form online 
2. Read and sign the 2026-2027 Participation Waiver & Expectations Contract
3. Obtain a current CHSAA sports physical and bring a copy to tryouts
4. Provide a printout of your current grades (PowerSchool printout)

In the meantime we encourage you to continue to stay active and access our online resources to help you physically prepare for tryouts.
